Thanks to the automatic and immediate air shut-off device, these motors guarantee high torque repeatability. They guarantee reliable operation in every working condition, also at low air feed pressure, both in vertical and in horizontal axis in respect to components to be tightened. Reversible and non-reversible, they have two different starting systems (push to start or direct start from a remote control signal). All models are equipped with poted signal. Available models with axial compensator, with low rotations or customized.

Nutrunner motors with air shut-off torque control system equipped with built-in strain gauge torque transducer: in addition to controlling if the clutch is correctly shut-off, they read the torque applied by the tool on the joint. It is therefore possible to process the tightening cycle by memorising the data and by identifying any error (partially tightened screw, screw already tightened, etc.). The strain gauge torque transducer (static type) converts the torque applied into an electrical signal that is then processed by the TOCS-TC computerised unit. Extremely versatile, their torque control device with slip clutch is suitable for assembly of several types of materials. Particularly ideal for use with self-threading screws. Tightening eveness guaranteed on any type of joint
A type of motors that, thanks to direct and continuous torque drive, guarantees tightening eveness also in presence of extremely soft joints (e.g. assembly of steel components with interposed rubber seals of significant thickness). Upon request they can be equipped with built-in torque transducer that allows torque value measurement. Datas are collected, the tightening cycle is checked and possible errors identified (partially tightened screws, already tightened screws, crossed thread, etc.).
